Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Try Before You Buy – Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy. This policy explains how changes, cancellations, and refunds work for these purchase types.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Richvell, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each recurring order unless you cancel in advance.

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next order is processed and shipped.

  • Once a subscription order has been charged and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Subscription orders that are already in fulfillment or transit are final.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by using the link in your order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.

Important Notice

Because subscription products are prepared and fulfilled immediately after billing:

  • No refunds are issued for subscription orders once they have been processed or shipped

  • This applies even if the cancellation request is made shortly after the charge

Please review your subscription details carefully before each renewal date.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled to become available at a later date.

We may collect either:

  • No payment at checkout

  • A partial deposit

  • Or full payment, depending on the product

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

  • Refund eligibility after fulfillment is subject to our Returns Policy

Try Before You Buy

For “Try Before You Buy” purchases, we authorize your payment method before shipping the product.

You will have a defined trial period to decide whether to keep the item.

  • If the item is returned within the trial period, you will not be charged

  • If the item is not returned within the allowed timeframe, your payment method will be charged in full

  • Once charged, the order follows standard return and refund rules outlined in our Returns Policy

Final Notes

  • Customers are responsible for managing subscription cancellations before shipment

  • Shipping confirmation indicates final fulfillment

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to this cancellation policy
