  3. Submit your claim
    Email us after 100 days with the required documentation.

Conditions for the 100-Day Guarantee:

  • Refunds under this guarantee are issued as store credit only.

  • Claims must be submitted within 4 months after completing 100 days.

  • Guarantee applies to only one unit (1 bottle) per first-time customer.

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Photo documentation of the full 100-day routine is required.

  • Applies only to first-time purchases made directly through our official store.

  • Claims lacking sufficient documentation or inconsistent usage may be declined.

- Subscription payments are non-refundable.

- Refunds for eligible returns are issued as store credit only.

To qualify for a standard return:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase

  • Only single-unit orders (1–2 bottles) qualify

  • Only non-subscription purchases qualify

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it. This is the only scenario where a replacement may be offered rather than store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return an eligible item (if unopened and within 30 days) and use the store credit to place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipping to the EU, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Refunds are issued as store credit only, regardless of region.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a 100-day guarantee claim), we will issue your store credit within 10 business days.
